BLISS is a mysterious computer system that spans the multivers, having deep control over most aspects of many universes. Nobody knows who built it, nor where the mainframe is physically located. Those that have seen the BLISS mainframe, or BLISS Core have expressed it appearing to be an infinitely large series of identical spherical rooms, about fifty metres radius, and the walls are lined in wires and vacuum tubes. Narrow walkways connect each room to the four neighbouring rooms, and a hole in the center of the four walkways allows one to jump down to a lower level, which is not suggested.
It is also believed that the BLISS Core has numerous support networks around it, such as infinitely long wires that somehow stretch to every single terminal. Nobody knows how many terminals there are, but all that have been found look like terminals from the 1970s, round, bland, painted black and purple, with "BLISS" painted on the side in dark purple.
